Egal, ob wir einen Online-Flohmarkt oder unseren normalen Anime-Flohmarkt machen, es gibt eine Schwierigkeit, die jedes Jahr bei den Anmeldungen auftaucht. Für unsere kommende Veranstaltung werden wir deshalb erstmalig ein neues Anmeldesystem einführen und testen.

Das Problem

Leider lesen sich viele Leute, die sich bei uns als Verkäufer/in anmelden möchten, im Vorfeld nicht die Erklärungen und unsere AGB durch. Wir merken es an den Fragen und Erwartungshaltungen, die sie an uns richten. Das hat zur Folge, dass wir sehr viele E-Mails schreiben und Sachen erklären müssen. Teilweise müssen wir dann sogar Anmeldungen wieder stornieren und bereits gezahlte Gebühren zurückbuchen, weil so falsche Vorstellungen bestehen oder auch konkret gegen unsere Regeln verstoßen wird, sodass eine Zusammenarbeit leider nicht möglich ist.

Neues System

Wenn ihr euch in diesem Jahr bei uns als Verkäufer/in anmeldet, müsst ihr ein kurzes, einfaches Quiz machen. Anhand eurer Antworten können wir euch dann einschätzen.

An Personen, die im Quiz einen Großteil nicht korrekt beantworten, werden wir dann explizit die Bitte richten, sich unsere Erklärungen und AGB durchzulesen. Wir möchten niemanden ausschließen und werden euch auch nach wie vor individuell unterstützen. Bitte habt jedoch Verständnis dafür, dass wir ein Entgegenkommen von euch brauchen.

Wir hoffen, ihr könnt unsere Entscheidung nachvollziehen.

Whether we're doing an online flea market or our regular Anime Flea Market, there's a difficulty that comes up with the registration every year. For our upcoming event, we will therefore introduce and test a new registration system for the first time.

The problem

Unfortunately, many people who want to register with us as a seller do not read the explanations and our GTC in advance. As a result, we have to write a lot of e-mails and explain things. In some cases, we even have to cancel registrations and rebook already paid fees, because there are false ideas or even concrete violations of our rules, so that cooperation is unfortunately not possible.

New system

If you register with us as a seller this year, you will have to take a short, simple quiz. Based on your answers, we can then assess you.

For people who do not answer a large part of the quiz correctly, we will then explicitly ask them to read our explanations and GTC. We do not want to exclude anyone and will continue to support you individually. However, please understand that we need you to help us as well.

Wenn die eigene E-Mail-Adresse öffentlich irgendwo steht, bekommt man ganz viele Spam-E-Mails. Heute gibt es mal einen kurzen Auszug davon, was so bei uns ankommt.

Besitztümer

"Guten Tag, ich bin Rechtsanwalt Benjamin Alpha. Ich benötige Ihre Zustimmung bei der Transaktion von 2,800 Millionen US-Dollar im Kodizil und im letzten Testament eines verstorbenen Kunden von mir, der denselben Nachnamen wie Sie und auch Staatsbürger Ihres Landes hat."

Fehlende Krankenversicherung

"Hallo Schatz, Ich bin Frau [xxx] und mein Mann möchte mit Ihnen sprechen. [...] Sie können sich auch um die Arztrechnung für die Alten kümmern."

Wer hat die Vogelscheuche gestohlen?

Werden Pflegebedürftige ordnungsgemäß versorgt?

[...] Wir selbst nutzen nun vierzehn solcher Kameras mit großem Erfolg. Auch bei der Kriminalitätsbekämpfung, Diebstahl etc. Wir könnten Ihnen Geschichten erzählen..."
