Heute möchten wir mal ein etwas ernsteres Thema ansprechen. Bei den letzten beiden Anime-Flohmärkten gab es aus unserer Sicht ein großes Problem. Einige Verkäufer haben vorzeitig ihre Stände abgebaut. Wir möchten euch heute erklären, warum das ein sehr großes Problem ist und wir ab 2019 diesbezüglich sehr, sehr streng sein werden.

Wir legen im Vorfeld der Veranstaltung Auf- und Abbauzeiten für alle Standverkäufer fest. Diese Zeiten veröffentlichen wir jedes Mal schon vor der Standanmeldung. Sie stehen auf unserer Website und auch in unseren Regelformularen. Zudem haben wir letztes Jahr auch an alle Standverkäufer beim Einlass Zettel verteilt, auf denen die Abbauzeiten auch noch einmal draufstanden. Es ist für unsere Planung sehr wichtig, dass ihr euch an diese Zeiten haltet, da ihr sonst unseren Programmplan durcheinander bringt. Das ist 2018 leider passiert. Einige Standverkäufer hatten über eine Stunde vor der von uns festgesetzten Zeit mit dem Abbau begonnen. Andere Verkäufer dachten dadurch dann, dass nun offiziell die Abbauphase anfing und haben auch angefangen, ihre Stände abzubauen. Dadurch sahen wir uns dann mit dem Problem konfrontiert, dass sehr viel früher als geplant alle Stände auf der Veranstaltung abgebaut waren.

Es ist nicht toll, wenn der offizielle Programmplan nicht mit dem übereinstimmt, was dann tatsächlich auf der Veranstaltung passiert, sowohl für die Besucher als eben auch für uns als Veranstalter.

Zudem stellt ein vorzeitiger Abbau auch ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Jede Veranstaltung hat ein Brandschutz- und Sicherheitskonzept. U.a. müssen Fluchtwege permanent freigehalten werden und es darf auch allgemein kein allzu großes Gedränge und Stau geben. Wenn ihr nun aber eure großen Taschen während der laufenden Veranstaltung durch die Besuchermassen tragt, verstoßt ihr gegen genau dieses Sicherheitskonzept. Das fängt dabei an, dass Besucher euren Koffer nicht sehen (weil sie auch nicht damit rechnen), rüberstolpern und sich dadruch verletzen, und geht hin bis zu blockierten Fluchtwegen im Brandfall.

Für den Anime-Flohmarkt 2019 möchten wir nicht, dass unser Programmplan wieder durcheinander gerät und wir möchten auch keine Gefährdung. Deswegen bitten wir euch, dass ihr euch an die von uns festgelegten Auf- und Abbauzeiten haltet.

Bei Verstößen behalten wir uns das Recht vor, euch von kommenden Anime-Flohmärkten auszuschließen. Bedenkt bitte auch, dass ihr voll in Haftung steht, wenn ihr euch vorsätzlich nicht an unsere Regeln haltet und aufgrund dessen Unfälle passieren.

Today we want to adress a rather serious topic. From our perspective there was a huge problem during the last two Anime Flea Markets. Some sellers started to take down their booths early. Today we want to explain to all of you why that is such a serious problem and why, from 2019 onward, we will be a lot more strict in this regard.

We determine the times for setting up and taking down booths for every seller prior to the event. Those times get published even before the application period. You can find them on our website and in our rule forms. On top of that we distributed handouts to every seller at the entrance where they once again could check the determined times for taking down their booth. It is highly important to our planning that you keep to those times, else you risk to heavily disturb our program plans. Unfortunately this happened in 2018. Some sellers started taking down their booth over an hour before our determined schedule. This lead some other sellers to assume it was officially time to start taking down their booth, so they did as well. Because of this we were confronted with the problem that the booths at the event were taken down way earlier than we had planned.

It is anything but great if the official program plan does not line up with what actually happens at the event both for the visitors and for us as organizers.

Furthermore, taking down booths early presents a hugh security risk. Each and every event has a fire protection and safety concept. For example there needs to be free access to emergency exits at all times and it is not allowed to get too crowded in general. If however you start carrying around your huge bags during the event and through all the visitors you violate this very safety concept. This starts at visitors not noticing your luggage (since they don't expect it to be there), tripping over it and getting hurt, and ends at blocked emergency exits in case of a fire.

As for the Anime Flea Market 2019 we do not want our program plan to get messed up again and we do not want any safety hazards. Because of this we ask of you that you keep to our determined times for setting up and taking down your booth.

We reserve the right to forbid anyone from participating at following Anime Flea Markets if they do violate those rules. Please also keep in mind that you have to assume full liability if any accident happens because of you purposely ignoring our rules.
